Harmony School Management System

We have implemented a new School Management System at Mitchell Community Schools. Harmony will be used starting in August of 2011. Beginning on September 16th, 2011 the new database will allow for parents to access their student's information from a secure log in.

Once you receive your username and password. Please follow the instructions below to access your Child’s information.

TO ACCESS HARMONY

1. Go to the Mitchell Community Schools Corporation Web page.
http://www.mitchell.k12.in.us

2. Click on the building your student attends from the Main Menu.

3. Click on the Harmony - Web Access link on the School Menu.

4. A Harmony School Management login screen will open.
Enter your user name and password and click "login"

5. You will be welcomed to Harmony and may click on the links on the left
side of the screen to view your student's information.

When you are finished reviewing your student's academic record, please
click "Log Out" to log out of the system.

**Note - the username and passwords are sent to the email address that you wrote on the registration forms this year. If you do NOT receive any email by 9/16/11, you do NOT have an email address on file with the school. In order for us to add your email address you will need to send an email to the office secretary and let them know what email address to use. Be sure to include your email address and your students name also.**

Parent Notification System  

We have implemented a new Parent Notification system at Mitchell Community Schools.  Some of you who are not getting called may need to update your contact information that we have here in our database.   If you need to do so please contact the Technology Department so we can update the database with your current contact information.  You may call us at 812-849-3663 or email Ruthie Lane or Darren Speer.

MCS Food Services

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) was established to ensure that all children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. Free meals, that meet Federal nutrition guidelines, are provided to all children, regardless of income eligibility, at Burris Elementary School. Lunch is available from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday from June 3 through July 19, 2013, excluding July 4th and 5th. Adult meals are available for $2.75.
