Welcome to Mitchell High School, the home of the Bluejackets! MHS is an exciting place to be! So many new opportunities are being added that it is hard to name them all. Offering multiple dual credit, early college, and AP courses and outstanding Career and Technical pathways, Mitchell provides its students with the skills and experiences necessary to succeed after high school. Our partnership with COSMOS has drawn attention nationally, providing access to curriculum not often found in schools our size. Clubs and activities are integral to the high school experience at MHS. We offer 14 IHSAA sports, a nationally ranked dance team, numerous clubs, a state-ranked eSports team, music, and drama. MHS facilities are undergoing a major upgrade with new field turf, concessions, and dugouts. The addition of a 35,000 square-foot fieldhouse with four basketball courts, a cardio room, a wrestling room, and a state-of-the-art weight room.
