Mitchell Community Schools is excited to offer the Bluejacket Virtual Academy to students in grades 6-12. Mitchell Community Schools is committed to meeting all students' and families' diverse educational needs, and expanding our online school options reflects that commitment.
Every student enrolled in the Bluejacket Virtual Academy will be enrolled as a full-time student in Mitchell Community Schools. Coursework will be directly delivered using an accredited online third-party curriculum vendor (Edmentum) with which MCS has partnered for several years. Students will have direct access to certified teachers who provide instruction, and MCS staff will closely monitor their progress.
