Mitchell High School would like to congratulate Mr. Kearns on his nomination for Ivy Tech's Dual Credit Teacher of the Year Award. Without teachers like Mr. Kearns going above and beyond in education, we would not be able to offer the Indiana College Core curriculum. Indiana College Core allows students to take college level courses and complete their first year general education courses in high school. Thank you for your dedication to our students Mr. Kearns! #MHSBluejackets #DedicatedTeachers

Dr. Kelly Kirk visited the Health Sciences students in Mrs. Myers classroom last week to tell them about being a veterinarian. It is nice for community partners to come in and talk about real world experiences. Building those connections is what makes learning fun and relatable. Thanks Dr. Kirk for your time! #bluejacketnation #communitypartners #HealthScienceCareers
