We are putting together an indoor percussion group this year for the winter season. This is a competitive ensemble that is comprised of all percussion instruments ranging from mallet percussion, drums and drum set, and even guitar and piano! This ensemble is an extracurricular group that does not require you to be in band and is open to 7th-12th grade. We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evening, with practicing potentially being added through the season as we get closer to competitions.
This Friday during Flex we will be holding a callout meeting! Our percussion instructor and I will be giving you guys more information and answering any questions you may have! We would love to see you there!
You do not need to know how to play any percussion instrument as we will teach you how to do that! If you have experience reading and playing guitar, bass guitar, drum set, and piano music we would love to have you come out!
If you have any other question feel free to reach out before the callout meeting! Our first practice/audition is on October 25th from 6:00pm - 8:30 Pm in the band room!

A big THANK YOU!! to Hoosier Uplands for providing funding to our Life Skills students! This money will buy groceries to allow our Life Skills students to learn to cook simple meals on their own.
