A big shout out to all the Hatfield families and Burris/Hatfield PTO for donating cookies for grandparent treats. Because of your kind donations, every student and grandparent who attended our event was able to enjoy some delicious cookies and a drink!
Today was a big day for Happy Hatfield! We celebrated our 100th Lost Tooth at School! Congratulations to Greyson Miller for such an excellent "extraction!"🦷🎉 To commemorate this occasion, Nurse Kristy has a special surprise for all Hatfield students! Stay tuned for more tooth news coming soon!
Hatfield Kindergarten Grandparents Day was a resounding success today! It was so nice to share time with our special grandparents! However, we still have 1st and 2nd grade Grandparents Day coming tomorrow and Friday. That being said, we need more cookies to share! If you are able, feel free to send in pre-packaged cookies so all grades can enjoy a treat with their grandparent. Your support is appreciated!
Attendance Matters! Today, Hatfield honored this incredible group of students for being present every second of every day during Quarter 3. That means these students didn't miss a single minute of instruction from January 3 - March 8! Congratulations! Thank you to Arby's for supplying us with FREE KID'S MEAL certificates to celebrate the students' achievements!

Happy Hatfield staff celebrated Beach Day with our students by being "beach ready" first thing this morning. Mr. Fountain even met his 2nd grade twin at the beach! 😎🏖🌊
Hatfield Beach Day 2024 is in the books...and it was a great one!! From ocean-themed hallway decorations to exciting classroom activities, our students were engaged in "A Day at the Beach" all day long! l Shout out to all of our incredible Hatfield staff for making this day memorable for everyone! Happy Hatfield wishes everyone a safe and relaxing Spring Break 2024! We will see everyone on Monday, March 25th!

As you know, Hatfield School hosted a school-wide program called NED’s Mindset Mission. We trust your student was encouraged by the show which taught about having a positive Mindset for learning and life!
Mindset Mission yoyos are still available for purchase to support the free show and message. All pre-ordered yoyos will be sent home with students tomorrow, Friday, March 15. If you did not pre-order a yoyo but would like to, we will still collect orders tomorrow as well as the week after Spring Break (March 25 - 29). A new order form will be coming home tonight! :-)
And don’t forget to ask your student what they learned in the show about having a growth mindset from YET the Yeti, Captain Kindly and during NED’s visit on the spaceship!
