Mitchell Community Schools

Unfortunately, tonight's high school soccer game was cancelled due to lack of officials. This game was a "rescheduled" game which added to the complexity of finding the two officials necessary to hold the contest. Over 200+ requests were sent to licensed soccer officials in the state. Only one accepted and then had to revoke the acceptance due to work obligations. Please know that canceling an even is a last resort and great lengths were taken to try to prevent this decision.

MCS is needing bus drivers. Regular daily route drivers and substitute drivers are needed. ECA drivers are a priority. Lack of ECA drivers are causing us to arrive later to events and may potentially result in us canceling or rescheduling ECA events.
