Attention Burris Families!!! Please spread the word about our upcoming Grandparents' Day.
Last week's Educator of the Week was Mrs. Colglazier. She is in her first year as STEAM instructor. We are so fortunate to have her leading our students in this very important class.
Look for interest forms coming home today for Burris Storybook STEAM. This is a great after-school activity for our students!
Please plan to attend the annual Hatfield/Burris Veterans Day program on November 11 at 1:00pm in the Burris gym.
Fall Break for Burris Students will be October 13-17th.
We have a lot of clothing in lost and found. Take a look while you are here for conferences today. OR remind your child to take a look on Monday when we return from break. Thanks.
Congrats to Mrs. Smith!! She was our Educator of the Week for Burris this week. Even though this is her first year at Burris, she has hit the ground running and is doing great things for her students!!
See the graphics for upcoming sales from our local community partner, Regeneration. Check out your email for information as well.
On Friday, Burris had the first Funtastic Friday of the 25-26 school year. We were able to celebrate some special students and classes, including our Class of the Month, Mrs. Smith. Fifth grade won for the best attendance rate in the whole school. Students competed in a rock, paper, scissors battle. And fundraiser winners got to color bomb the principal. It was a great time for all!! #BurrisChampions #BurrisProud
Miss McCracken, a Burris fourth-grade teacher, was last week's Educator of the Week. We are thankful for all she does for her students and coworkers!!
Check out these two informational sessions taking place at Parent-Teacher Conferences on Friday!
Don't forget Friday's Parent-Teacher Conferences at Burris!!
