The Lawrence County Public Health Department, in collaboration with the Indiana Department of Health, is hosting a back-to-school immunization clinic on Saturday, August 3rd from 10:00am-1:00pm for all K-12 students in Lawrence County. The clinic will be held at the Boys and Girls Club’s Limestone Unit facility at 2009 19th Street.

Upload or send the immunization records for the individual who is getting vaccinated. Please bring your insurance cards. We accept and bill all insurance (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid). There is no cost to those without insurance, except for the Shingles and adult RSV vaccines, as there is often a required co-pay.
** Walk-ins the day of the clinic are welcome, but we MUST have parent/guardian consent if under the age of 18.

You can do this online via Harmony Family Access -OR- visit a school to register online via Harmony Family Access. Paperwork needs to be complete each year. Attention Veterans: Did you know the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs provides assistance for the children of Veterans?
Operation Back to School provides $500 for back-to-school expenses for dependent children of Veterans with income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. Families will receive $500 for each child/dependent in K -12 and full-time college students up to age 23. Deadline for applications is August 30th.
